Programs
Rangers Soccer Club offers a wide variety of programs with a blend of competitive and non-competitive options for our members ages 2.5 to over 65. More information on any particular program can be found by clicking on its name on the blue menu to the left, or by clicking on its name below:
House League (U4-U10) The House League runs once or twice a week at a local field. The program is based upon fun being first and foremost, and emphasizes, agility, building confidence and basic skill development.
CMSA League (U10-U18)- Rangers Soccer Club registers all teams U10 and above (excluding all U10 House League teams) into the Calgary Minor Soccer Association (CMSA) In most age groups, the CMSA has six tiers. Rangers registers its teams into divisions that it feels will give the teams a good degree of competition. Parents/Guardians are able to choose to register their children onto teams that enter Tiers I, II and III (for previous registrants, this is formerly known as the Premier Divisions) or teams that enter Tier IV or lower (formerly known as the Competitive Division). There are some variances in the program style and commitment required depending on the place of registration.
Adult League (O18+) The Rangers adult teams were created to give Rangers parents (and others!) with a soccer background a chance to play “the beautiful game” once again. While our teams are competitive, we place a high value on fun, fellowship and team spirit.
Boundaries
The City of Calgary and the Calgary Soccer Federation have established open boundaries for soccer within Calgary. This means you may register with any club in the city you wish. Our programs is centered in the communities of Strathcona, Christie, Aspen, Wentworth, Cougar Ridge, Springbank and Signal Hill.
2010 Outdoor Age Groups & Fees
We are pleased to be able to offer our programs at the same or lower cost than last season. Please note - unlike some other soccer clubs, we do not require membership in any community association, so the fees listed here are the complete cost of the program.
Early Bird Registrations done online before February 21 2010 will receive a 5% discount automatically.
Families registering three or more members to the club (both children and adults are applicable) will receive a 25% discount off the least expensive registration.
